We require notification within 24 hours for any goods received damaged, short delivered or delivered incorrectly so we can resolve the issue promptly. Please advise our Customer Service Team, see contact details below.

Returns & Refunds

We’ll refund a product or order if you’re not completely satisfied with it, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below.

You may choose to return a Product for any reason provided that:

  • You notify us of your desire to return the Product within 14 days of receipt and
  • the Product is in a resalable condition - it needs to be in its original unopened & unmarked packaging.

If the conditions listed above are met then we will arrange for collection at our cost. The goods must be ready for collection the next work day at the location they were originally delivered to.

Due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water. We are also unable to offer refunds on postage stamps. Dated products may be returned up to a specified deadline, which can be clarified with our Customer Service team. If you are ordering a product you feel you may wish to return please check with our Customer Service Team at the time of ordering.

To return a product, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value and you may need to return the goods at your cost. Please contact our Customer Service Team for advice if your return request is more than 14 days after delivery.

Once the products are back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resalable conditions we will then process a refund if you paid for the goods using Paypal or a debit/credit card or issue a credit note if you have a credit account with us.

The refund/credit will be in respect of the price of the product, refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the product in our warehouse, credit notes will be issued on the last working day of the month (or on your normal invoicing day if we have agreed a specific date with you) as part of our monthly invoicing run. We are unable to refund the original delivery charge of the returned product.
